Leoni Buchner has been studying Film Studies and European Literature at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz since 2019. In addition to her program of study, she was a volunteer at FILMZ – Festival of German Cinema in Mainz where she was part of the festival management from 2021-2022. She has also realized several film projects, including with fellowships from the Film und Mediennachwuchsförderung.
