Urban spaces are more than physical environments; they are layered with histories, identities, and cultural meanings that shape and are shaped by media. Through this lens, students will examine how cities have been depicted in various media forms—films, photographs, soundscapes, and video art—and also consider the role of imagination in transforming cityscapes into sites of memory, emotion, and possibility, encouraging critical reflection on the ways media constructs and reshapes our understanding of the urban experience.Termine
